The distinction between work and life and photography is blurry. I am retired and thus have no "work" (that earns income) per se. When I complain to SWMBO (who has held that status for almost 44 years) that I have not enough time to edit/publish/agonize over/whatever my photography, she says "that's life - get over it" I am now trying to get over life. So, work intrudes on life, and life intrudes on photography. I have the time to capture the images (push the button). I have not the time to work on the images. Its not a digital thing. I have the darkroom equipment - I have even less time for that. Its a me thing. My wife says she needs a wife. I need a printer and publisher. And I know the difference between need and want. I think. Therefore I am. -- Clive On Mon, Nov 30, 2009 at 12:43 AM, Nathan Wajsman <photo at frozenlight.eu>wrote: > Last week was really slow, the slowest of the year so far in terms of > taking pictures.
