Bob - this is the beauty of the LUG, we can get advice, good constructive 
advice ....... and I understood your comments were intended to be helpful.

I am going to revert to Fuji's recommended settings for Sunny 16.? Right on 
the box the speed recommended for the 100 ASA film is 1/250, whereas I have 
been using the general rule for Sunny 16, and setting the speed at 1/125 
....... so, right there may be the answer to the problem.

Overall, I am very happy to be working with manual settings and using my own 
judgement for exposure.? So, if some are a little off in exposure or focus 
........

It is great fun, and I get to wait to pick up the images ...... nothing is 
instant any more.
