heard one two years ago here in Korea and it was deafening even at some
altitude during a USAF?airshow. I guess it's a non-issue at the altitudes it
usually flies at. It has some powerful engines.

It could well be, but I think most airfields looked the same in the 60s, I
can't recognise anything distinctive in the background.
It flew past at about that height and then more or less stood on its tail,
gave full power and disappeared in seconds.
Nobody seemed to care in those days that the onlookers got some of the hot
blast from its engines - enough to blow people's hats off.
