Took crisp outdoor photos when there was lots of light. Still have it on my shelf, though would make a good door stop. I loved it at the time. I was a junior in high school and enjoyed looking at the wonderful pictures in the magazines and wished I could see those places and photograph them myself; this was the early 1950s. I lived in a small Midwest town and when I got the opportunity to drive my boss on his vacation trip to Montana, I knew I wanted a good camera to take with me. I think my only shopping opportunity at the time was out of a Sears & Roebuck catalog. That's how I got started with my hobby of photography and have enjoyed it every since. I'm sort of wondering if it might be a neat idea to furnish you with an older photo taken with the camera as well as a current picture taken with it. That could be interesting.
