I disagree.? The LFI coverage of the M8 saga, from introduction through the 
various flaws and fixes, was pretty candid by any standard, and by the 
standards of today's print and electronic media, almost caustic.

It doest FEEL independent of Leica. 
I've never read it say anything really bad about any Leica product. 
Its a cheering section in slick print.
