[Author Prev] [Author Next] [Thread Prev] [Thread Next] [Author Index] [Topic Index] [Home] [Search]Hey Leo, I wasn't there but can make some educated guesses: - the best ham in the world (don't take my word for it, The Economist declared last year that jam?n ib?rico is the best use for a dead pig on this earth) - some nice oversized olives called gordales, either just natural, or stuffed with pepper or anchovy - chorizo - a variety of cheese, usually hard yellow cheese made of a mix of cow, sheep and goat milk - calamari - patatas bravas, potatoes in a spicy sauce, very popular in Andaluc?a but also eaten elsewhere in Spain These are just the starters, I will leave to Lluis to state what the real food was.
