It was very bright and contrasty. f/5.6 50 Summilux ASPH. 160 ISO one metre. That was edge to edge in the uncropped shot. I guess I should have used more DoF but I wanted a higher shutter speed since I wasn't very steady (I nearly stepped on another reptile of the large bitey kind shortly before encountering this fellow!) 2009/9/18 Mark Rabiner <mark at rabinergroup.com> > >> From my walk this morning. > > http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/gh/h/d3.jpg.html > > > Taken with a 50mm Daytilux? > > Can't figure out how you caught it at only 500th of a second!?! > > > > > Mark William Rabiner > > > > > _______________________________________________ > Leica Users Group. > See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for more information > -- Cheers Geoff The new LEICA M9 Passion for perfect pictures. http://www.m.leica-camera.com http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/gh/ http://www.pbase.com/hoppyman
