What Mark Said:

I must confess my all-time favorite camera was my Contax RX with a 50
1.4 which seldom came off the camera,

and

Tied for first with my Contax T2 38mm f2.8 which was part of the
camera and took some of my most favorite images. It was either in my
brief case, my jacket pocket or my hand on any given day.

So maybe the X1 could be the new T2.

And the M9 the new G9 - assuming I come into a little Lotto money.

My point is that with that fixed focal length 2.8 lens, I grabbed a
lot of nice shots, most of which enlarged to 11x14 no problemo.

My experience with using the many camrea I've used whose lenses don't
come
off is I never want them to come off.

How many tens of thousands of photo jobs were done with a photographer
heading out the door with just a Rolleiflex in their hands. Or a Speed
Graphic?
