Dear Nathan,

Your picture brings back memories of traveling to and from Spain in the 50s
and 60s when things were very different.  Franco was very present the the
civil war still very much in people's memories.  We used to have to change
trains at the frontier too, as French and Spanish trains ran on different
gauges - to deter the French from invading, I think!   As you remind us
things can change for the better.
