Stan it may be that you have accidentally made a change to your WB setting
in the camera menu, or in the default setting you are using in your
converter? Yes I know you said it is set to daylight but doublecheck?? As
you know WB is not set with yor DNGs, only tagged to the file. It is only
relevant if you use the "as shot" setting in your converter.  In mixed
unusual light you can get inconsistent results but in my experience, with
the latest firmware the camera does a good job on AWB. Just remember that
your actual exposure is unaffected by whatever is set  FOR DNG. If you are
shooting jpg of course the situation is different. Remember too that what
you see in the preview is only approximate and represents a default
conversion.

On the G1, there may be a workaround if the camera is not yet supported in
your converter. I suggest searching the Adobe support forum or posting a
query there. Just be sure to ask nicely!
