As examples I have seen near mint 100 Apos for around $ 1100, 90 Summicrons for under $ 400. Perhaps some of the esoteric lenses are holding their values? As for deals, a German dealer is clearing out the last stocks of leica R at very reasonable prices. A brand new 35-70 R zoom with full 3 year warranty was around $ 800 a couple of months ago. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Robert Meier" <robertmeier at usjet.net> To: "Leica Users Group" <lug at leica-users.org> Sent: Monday, 27 July, 2009 3:09 PM Subject: Re: [Leica] D700 50'cron update > Actually R glass is getting hard to find and good deals are pretty rare. > > > On Jul 27, 2009, at 1:34 PM, Mark Rabiner wrote: > >>> Jayanand, >>> >>> I understand your point.
