If your other lenses are all Leicaflex-compatible the only modification you
need to do is remove the collar that covers the 60mm lens' aperture ring.
On early models of the 14198 the collar is held in place with a screw and
cement. Late models omit the screw. The collar can be removed with
persuasive force applied by vice-grip pliers (destroys the collar).

If you want to use R-only or ROM lenses you will also need to enlarge the
inner diameter of the flange and (often) trim the lock button's inner side.
Or send it to DAG and tell him you want to use ROM lenses on it.

Once the 14198 is modified:

1) with auto-diaphragm lenses of any cam configuration, set the lens'
aperture ring to the smallest aperture, i.e., f/16 or f/22 and use the
aperture ring on the 14198 to adjust exposure. The markings on the 14198
aperture ring will only make sense if the lens is f/2.8, otherwise think of
the ring as "full aperture" when it's at f/2.8, "one stop down" when it's
at f/4, etc. You'll retain automatic diaphragm and whatever full-aperture
metering your 14198 supports (either 2-cam or 3-cam).

2) with the f/6.8 Telyts or any other lens with a manual diaphragm, set the
14198's aperture ring at f/2.8, ignore what the viewfinder tells you the
aperture is, and use the lens's diaphragm instead.

A couple of limitations: the inner light baffles will cause dark corners
on full-frame cameras when using a long-focus lens like the f/6.8 Telyts.
Not a problem with your DMR. the inner light baffles also interfere with a
few lenses so that these lenses cannot be used with the 14198. The ones
I've found will interfere are the 50mm Summilux-R E55 and the 2x
APO-Extender-R. The inner light baffles can be removed at the risk of
increased flare from the shiny aperture control parts that will be exposed.

You should be able to use your 560mm lens with the 14198 without any
modification.
