I think we've all been told that by tilting the head back a bit, we  
( might ) appear to be less jowly, maybe lessen the Turkey Neck thing.

The tilt of the head?  I dunno.  Faux attitude, I guess - or as Chris  
suggested, (in the mind of the subject), sexy.

Whatever lifts your kilt, I suppose...
