Corner performance with the shorter lenses is pretty poor. My test results are here: http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/rtaylor/PICKS/G1_M_LENSES/ I actual use, though, I rarely see the corner problem since subjects are generally much further from the camera than in the tests and the fuzziness tends to be hidden in the image. It's a great combination.
