Subject: [Leica] To Sell or Not to Sell now Canon/Nikon

Ken,

Chromatic aberration, color fringing and the like aren't just a Canon
phenomenon. I've used Nikkor lenses that web reviewers everywhere rank
as "5 Star" (or the maximum of whatever their personal ranking method
happens to be).

Hey, maybe it's sample variation, or my computer needs calibration, or
perhaps my eyes are bad, but some sure look more Comfort Inn than
Ritz-Carlton to me.

I always chalk it up to the possibility that the reviewers never used
Leica, so their baseline is a little lower than it should be. :-)

Tina,

I know nothing about chromatic aberration, color fringing and the like
for
the Canon, even after looking on Google. I have some Canon L lenses,
and
the full-frame Canons seem attractive. Can you point me to some sites
or
images that would show the effects? I am interested in things that show
up
on prints, say up to 16x20X. Thx much.

Ken
