Quite a few of the Canon 20D shots were actually taken with Carl Zeiss (1.4/85 mm for portraits and low light) and Leica lenses (Super-Angulon 21mm and a 2.0/35mm) and the very wide angle ones were with a Tokina Zoom (a superb quality 12-24 mm zoom at a very reasonable price). Although I love Leica equipment, and have a modest collection of their wares, I now tend to use what provides the greatest pleasure, functionality and the best results for what I'm shooting. Other brands also make (made) excellent lenses, so I'm not limited to Leica on this count - then, of course, the advantage of digital is that I can see everything immediately after shooting. But getting back to film, I'm currently very much enjoying the experience of using a Rollei 3003 and CZ lenses again after many years of bewailing the demise of the SL2000F I used to own. One back filled with Kodak T-max, one with ASA 50 slide material and another with ASA 200. I'll be posting some scans as soon as I get the films developed. Cheers and thanks for taking a look Douglas Robert Meier wrote: > Douglas, > > I've been enjoying your pictures of Berlin very much.
