Very darkroom mystique inducing. Me I'm just real interested in making images. And would never use a developer in which I did at least not know what was in it. If not exactly how much of each component.. Its like like people are showing me images and I'm going "gee how did they get tonality like that which I've never got!???" I found 4 sources about it on the internet. People for sure used it back in the 50's. But no mention of the iconic images taken with it. Not one example for me to close my eyes and imagine. I don't underhand the search for a cure for an un named aliment. What's broken? What needs to be fixed? Why the big search? If Pyro or Beutlers or any of the many known formulas, ascorbic acid enhanced used to great non mumbo jumbo success does not work for you than I'd like to see why! Where's the problem with our images that needs to be fixed?!?!
