When I decided to venture into medium format, I picked up some negative carriers on Ebay for a few bucks each. I also picked up a 80mm lens for 6X6 and a 105mm lens for 6X9. The Beseler 23C works pretty well for MF, but I still use my Leica V-35 for 35mm.
