During my 11 years on the LUG, I have happily skipped past boring posts on obscure Russian lenses, adapters to perform various unnatural matings of equipment, and discussions of whether it was a capital offense to write Voigtl?nder without the umlaut. Once in a while I enjoyed one of Marc's posts, and that's fine. But now to be told by someone who has never posted a picture that the pictures posted are "rather boring" and that unless you photograph with a PLOOT or SNOOT or whatever on a screw-mount Leica, you are not a real Leica photographer, is a bit rich to put it mildly. To each his own. If this is how Marc really feels about the people on this list and the work they show us, then I say, "good riddance Sir".
