The 25mm if you just can't back up enough currently or have some subject in mind that needs a wider view. The 21mm are very good for moderately mind expanding images; as Slobodan mentioned there is a real learning curve to getting the near far relationship down. As you go ultrawide it is all to easy to have everything in the frame a little tiny speck out there somewhere. If you are feeling really adventurous, then pick up the 15mm. With that lens you need to be real friendly with your subjects. If you can't reach out and touch your subject you are too far away. But it is a way to make very different images. On a larger budget substitute the Zeiss offerings but I would go to the 18mm instead of the 21. With the Zeiss you will be spending around 1k per lens give or take.
