[Author Prev] [Author Next] [Thread Prev] [Thread Next] [Author Index] [Topic Index] [Home] [Search]i went PMA for one day last week, and did play with the S2 70mm and 180mm lens. quite nice and very fast auto focus. the leaf shutter was not working yet. the feeling was like a leica r8 with dmr just a bit bigger but less weight for the camera, so s2 flet lighter. the lenses very much remind me of the pentax 6x7 lenses. same size and almost same look. they are shooting for sep/oct delivery and with a pro service available both in west & east cost for quick fixes, loners and stuff like that. the high iso was still undetermined and with a UMDA card like sandisk u can shoot none stop. i also shot with the new nocti, 24,21 and 18mm lens with my sd card. the new nocti seems narrower than the old one and quite sharp, the 21,24 where a delight to use and not that heavy.
