I am sorry to hear of your printer problems - I do hope the third
printer is more reliable. Just for the record I had similar problems
with a top HP A3+ printer; initial printer didn't get past stage one,
the replacement was a refurbishment unit and faulty. I returned both
and after a good deal of trouble got my money back. Must say I was
looking at the Epson as I never did get a A3+ printer and the
capapcity of the 3800 was attractive. Now I am likely to hold off
again.
