Alistair, Next time round I will make time to see you and the other LUGers - this was a very family oriented trip - I had wife, two daughters and three grandchildren with us in Melbourne, visiting 30+ relatives. Difficult to make an escape! Next trip will be M8, with 35mm 'lux and 15mm CV. There are only a couple of keepers where I used the long end of the zoom. Gene, you made the right decision. I just added Milford Sound to the set - now on to Dunedin - but the edits will be delayed while I try to resuscitate my wife's recently dead iMAC. -- Clive http://clive.moss.net/blog On Sat, Feb 7, 2009 at 3:29 PM, Geoff Hopkinson <hopsternew@gmail.com>wrote: > Clive it looks like you got to see some very scenic country. always fun to > see what visitors shoot, too. > I laughed when I saw that you had the classic fried egg, baked beans and > toast breakfast along the way. > Two tongue in cheek comments for you: > Next time take your M8!
