Steve, I tried to explain. Following my alteration of the book settings, if
you go to the site anyway anyhow now and order the book you WILL get Premium
Paper. You cannot buy it any other way. The only choice is soft or hard
cover. The description now says it IS a premium Paper book. For any other
Blurb book under 161 pages, log in and choose premium paper on checkout if
you want.
