I guess my question then becomes.....

Seth, what camera did/do you mount  the Makro Kilar to?  
An ALPA?  Leica M / LTM?

And, if a LTM or other M, how do you focus it?  Zone focus for the worlds'
top Macro lens?  ( which seems very unlikely...)
Is it used for close up only, where the sliding focus gadget make this
practical?

Or, as I said, is it used on the ALPA  camera of choice?
