Larry appears to be a small GPS guided go cart with about a 50cc engine to
drive you around the sights! Looks like a tad too much traffic adventure for
me!

It has been over 50 years since I lived in San Francisco (during the  
summer of love). Will somebody please explain what a GO CAR is.   
Cable cars and Irish coffees I know well.
