You might go in circles, but eventually you'll be directed to the right person. This is from experience. My question at the time was over the issue of what type of fire extinguisher does one use in a photography storage environment. I had very strong reservations over using purple K units, which is what's predominantly sold over the counter. Believe or not, there was one specialist over there who had tackled that very issue. By the way, the last solution used with a color print is stabilizer, not water. s.d.
