Doug,

I would consider the presence of the green and magenta reflections pretty 
good evidence of multi-coating, in fact, proof.   Can you tell if very many 
surfaces have the green and magenta reflections?   My 50mm Summicron M 
defintely has yellow and magenta reflections, and a hint of green off the 
front element when I hold it just right.  My 35mm Summicron M has all yellow 
reflections, but with one definite green reflection deep within the lens.
