Ravioli - pillows of pasta that you can stuff with anything - cheese, meat, veggies. I cooked sweet potato and mashed it with spices - used wonton wrappers for the ravioli pasta. Put a spoonful of stuffing in each ravioli, seal and cook in boiling salted water for a couple of minutes. Serve with a balsamic vinegar brown butter sauce.
