There's a film just coming out where one of the people in the film suffers from Cotard's. Has a name like Schenectady but it's a word meaning an aphorism with more than one meaning. Ah ha! Thanks to the New York Times I know the name of the film is "Synecdoche, New York" and it's a sub-class of metaphor.
