I can see having at least 6 lenses I'm sure I'll not have to spend all that much for them. But its really not all that much smaller and lighter than an M6. I do find the 18x24 format friendly to work with. I'm working with it now. with Nikon DX cameras. Okay maybe its a millimeter away. But same diff. Darned close. 72 on a roll you kind of feel like your sketching. Not painting. But with modern tab grain films and some of the better developers/dilutions the results could be quite excellent with an 11x14 if the glass was better. I assume some of the glass may be better than my first two starter lenses. mark@rabinergroup.com Mark William Rabiner [citation needed] > From: Frank Filippone <red735i@earthlink.net> > Reply-To: Leica Users Group <lug@leica-users.org> > Date: Sat, 18 Oct 2008 19:36:41 -0700 > To: 'Leica Users Group' <lug@leica-users.org> > Subject: RE: [Leica] Olympus Pen F Camera and lenses...... > > Thanks for the tip-off about the 2 frames scanned at one time......that > would have been a shock..... > > I guess I could screw around with the scanned frame size, but I finally got > all of it working, and do not want to mess with it...... > > Always wanted one.... maybe...... > > Frank Filippone > red735i@earthlink.net > > > And of course being a half > frame camera the photos are vertical when the camera is horizontal. > Also with my Nikon scanner you get two frames per scan. > > Len > > > > > > _______________________________________________ > Leica Users Group. > See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for more information
