He gave it to me for safe keeping while keeping the peace in the Mideast "sandbox" and I hated to give it back, though was glad he returned in one piece to claim it! Don't forget Omega's even closer cousin, Tissot. Today I'm wearing a PR50 Automatic tutone. It is thin, has a solid back and keeps great time. Cost about $200. I have several other Tissots, all chronos, in quartz and they are solid, accurate, relatively inexpensive watches.
