The gate was a (possibly bad on my part) idea to open the "gate" to the gallery. The caravan site is in fact absolutely gruesome - it stinks, it's desolate and someone should take a flamethrower to improve it. :-) Thanks for taking the time to wade through them. The rainy night shots certainly do not work in BW - I tried it. Lightening them brings up too much noise in the shadows.
