Philippe,

In my time some of the best hospitality I have ever received has been in 
France
-and some of the worst!! The view at 180 degrees, was the entrance to a
wonderful Burgundian Hotel with a wine list of over a thousand burgundies, 
not
that necessarily signifies hospitalitty, but it helps!
