The 24-70 CZ lens for the Sony is also first-class, with the added bonus of IS built into the camera. Sony do not yet have a wide or tele zoom to compare with the new Nikkor zooms. Sony are supposed to announce - at a European press conference on the 14th - a CZ 17-35 zoom and a full frame body. The FF Sony is rumoured to use a new 24MP sensor which is expected to find its way into a new Nikon (D3x?). You are right, I will be saving my pesos and do not expect to make any moves until after photokina. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Robert Rose" <robert.rose@mac.com> To: "LUG Group" <lug@leica-users.org> Sent: Tuesday, 12 August, 2008 3:23 AM Subject: [Leica] 3200 asa on the leica d700 >I have been giving the D700 a workout with the new 24-70, the 70-200, and a >Zeiss 50 f.4.
