I majored in English before switching to engineering. I have degrees in both. Bad grammar and spelling have a way of worming their way into the language, for example "ain't" and "irregardless". I was a classmate of Bill Safire whoe writes the "On Language" column for the NY Times We are both continually irritated by improper use of our language. Thanks for the link. I never could find gaffers tape before. BTW, how did the wedding go? Is Chris Nola allowed to show some photos of it?
