Hi Jim:

I haven't had any trouble mailing film via Priority Mail since I 
switched to their small flat box, the one just a little bigger than a 
VHS tape.

You can go to the USPS web site... Priority Mail Supplies and click on:
Priority Mail Small Video Box (0-1096S)

Your mail carrier will deliver a group of 10 or 20 boxes to you in less 
than 2 weeks... no charge.
