Thanks Gene, you can use the index at the back to find your images: but I'm 
sure you will eventually: I don't think any are missing (he says with a 
prayer ;-) )

Well, my copy just arrived and I have looked a few pages, have not found my 
photos yet, but look to seeing them in anticipation.  ;-D  So far the book 
is AWSOME!  Fantastic job Alastair!  If you have not purchased one yet, Do 
So, it is a great addition to your photo library, and a real tribute to the 
project.
