Subject: [Leica] 8 years in the making: here it is.

Ted,

I did exactly as you did and ordered it right away, while sitting in a 
internet cafe here in Pickton Texas.  I have two in the book and can't wait 
to see them and all the other fantastic photos, I am having it delivered 
here in Texas before I leave for the European part of my vacation.
