Then, get a compressed air(C02) pellet gun which are made in Germany, these are quite accurate, safe, and easily capable of killing a duck. Shoot for the head and you will have a tasty dinner from any number of cuisines. My family lives on the Mississippi fly way and ducks are quite popular as well as geese. Canadian geese are getting so numerous we find find open season all year long.
