This Blackbird is not at all timid. The other day I heard squawking coming out of the garage, took a look and 'freed' a young Blackbird from the workbench (only to prevent it becoming a source of free guano). I was met by an agressive bundle of screeching black feathers (already inside the garage and at eye level) when I carried the little one out of the door and into the garden. The bird and its mate also terrorize the cat.
