Maybe there was an illicit relationship with a Nocti amongst its ancestors. The meters on my M7 & M8 don't apparently react to a single 1/3 stop increment on my one Zeiss M lens. Are you saying that there is a difference in the histograms when you squeeze that aperture that little bit further open past the 1.4 mark??? Cheers Geoff -----Original Message----- Subject: RE: [Leica] Narrow DoF on the Leica E-3 Not 100% shure. My 35 Summilux could open a tad over the 1.4 click. The difference in the exif files shot at the 1.4 click and over 1.4 proved that I had a f=1.37 Summilux. The fastest Summilux ever. ;-) Didier >Never happen with an M Leica ;-) >Cheers >Geoff _______________________________________________ Leica Users Group.
