The image would in my mind be stronger without the wires overhead, and a bit closer to the action, so that the headstone acted as an anchor and the images of the mourners were more expressive. Taking images of friends etc is not easy, but worth the effort. We drank Crown Royal, ate steamed crabs, washed them down with lots of cold beer, then sat around and told stories, some of which were actually true, or partially true, or which should have been true.. I wish that I had a picture of Eric to show you, but I don't. This is as close as I usually come of taking pictures of people. That's something I think I will work on changing.
