The best No. 2 is by Gilbert Kaplan that amateur who only conducts this
piece - the Solti reading refers to No. 5

I also have some by Jascha Horenstein - they are rare and wonderful
readings of Mahler

I have the Resurrection on black disc with Klemperer and E. Schwarzkopf, but
had not thought to check on CD.  $10 on Amazon, on my next order.  Thx
