Subject: [Leica] F-22 Raptor Video

It ought to be a nice plane for what it cost ($177M each)--a few years ago 
the entire national budget was that amount. My question is how effective is 
it w/ terrorists cells here and abroad? It seems a little irrelevant/ 
useless w/ respect to the biggest threat the free world nowadays.
