I can't attach my Nickel Elmar 3,5/5cm with the M adapter, it is probably earlier than yours and the focusing tab touch the bayonnet buton to insert the lens, I can use it only on my IIIF, but it take nice pictures too, this one and following 4 pics was take also on strong contrast situations with the IIIF and the Elmar Nickel 3,6/5cm and TMY400 http://photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=4491308 http://photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=4484653 Saludos cordiales Luis -----Mensaje original----- De: lug-bounces+luisripoll=telefonica.net@leica-users.org [mailto:lug-bounces+luisripoll=telefonica.net@leica-users.org] En nombre de Jack Maddox Enviado el: mi?rcoles, 26 de septiembre de 2007 17:55 Para: Leica Users Group Asunto: [Leica] garden steps high contrast test image Hi All, Recently I decided to try my 1954 M3 and 1953 collapsible 3.5/50 elmar on high contrast subjects. The exposure was determined with an attachable Leica MR meter The film used was Tmax100. They were developed in Tmax developer by a local professional lab at their nominal times without adjustment. This shot of steps in a local garden was at about high noon on a bright day. I think the results are more than acceptable especially from a 53 year old outfit or any other for that matter. You just have to love Leica cameras. http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/smilingjack/grab+bag/garden+steps+copy.jpg. html http://tinyurl.com/2pnh8m Comments are more than welcomed Jack _______________________________________________ Leica Users Group.
