[Leica] Free 6-bit coding Upgrade Certificate

Hi Len,

     It is my understanding that they extended the program.  I  
believe this is true since I purchased the lenses after June and they  
sent me the certificates.  They are stamped June but one of the  
lenses I registered was in July
