Oh no, only the left tilters have brain tumours, us right tilters are fine. 
The world has a 2 degree slope and we are the ones that
are straight.
My other theory is that left eye use forces you to angle the camera outward 
to clear your nose. Its well known in sighting systems
that that can displace the apparent image.
