Congratulations, Kyle.  There should be a full-length documentary film in
this somewhere.  Regrettably, your book would probably have never seen print
if society had remained as it was when I grew up (guns were as controversial
as power drills or wrenches - I never remember self-defense being an issue).
I continue to wonder how others, unlike me contaminated with long
familiarity with both firearms and photography, view the book.  Whatever, it
obviously has wide appeal and I wish you the best (and best of all I have my
Christmas gift list solved).
