On the M, I have the old "SOOZI" 90mm f2, a great lens, but fairly sharp and contrasty for portraits. My chrome 90mm Tele-Elmarit f2.8 for M is my favorite for portraits. A more recently discovered combination is the 90mm Summicron-R on my Olympus E-330.
